Only a matter of weeks after the completion of Silkwood Park for J F Finnegan Ltd, we were approached by a potential new client and given the opportunity to quote for the fitout/refurbishment works to bring the development up to the desired specification of one of the World’s leading global distributors. Our in-depth knowledge of the scheme gave us an edge in being able to provide this new customer with invaluable advice on existing fire ratings, acoustic build-ups, etc. and led to an order being received. The works involved removing existing suspended ceilings, installing new Partitions, Linings, Bulkheads and replacement Ceilings, all completed within a very tight 12-week period from start to finish, including the extra logistical issues encountered due to working in and around all other trades to achieve the overall project handover date.
