A 240 bed Student Accommodation Block and 7 storey mixed use Commercial/Office Block development carried out for Bowmer & Kirkland Ltd. We were initially engaged to carry out the Partition Walls, Ceilings and Plastering packages on the Student Accommodation block – a 10-month project, working in a tight, city centre location where Just-In-Time deliveries and fast, efficient logistics were our trademark. This proactive approach and the great working relationship this fostered with our client lead to the negotiation of the following phase, the 7 storey Commercial/Office block.
