The project was tendered and secured on the back of the great working relationship established with J F Finnegan on the completed Beighton Link project. This was the first of our recent projects to be commenced and completed during the 1st National Covid-19 Lockdown period, so came with all the added complications of devising new safe methods of working for our workforce, trying to manage the project remotely as much as possible and the extreme lengths we had to go to in order to procure the materials required. Despite the added difficulties and challenges, we were able to complete the project on time and on budget, to a very high standard of finish. Works undertaken included Partitions, Linings, Bulkheads, Suspended Ceilings and Plastering to the 3-Storey Office Block and remote Gatehouse. Our performance both on-site and in offering advice and guidance on Value Engineering options further cemented our new close working relationship with J F Finnegan Ltd and led to our engagement on a further project with their site team at Silkwood Park, Wakefield.
