Our package included the initial strip out of all fire damaged partitions, linings and plasterboard ceilings, followed by the installation of new Metal Stud Walls, Linings, Ceilings and Plaster finishes to the burnt out remains of the 150-bed Student Accommodation block in the heart of Bolton, Lancashire. Although the 15-week programme for completion of the works was a very ambitious, it was achieved with a few days to spare.
